Pearing was made my macerating both Conference pears and Jona Gold on the skins together for a week. kicking off into a vigorous spontaneous fermentation after pressing. After aging for 5 months bottled with additional juice for carbonation.
What's it like?
Pearing bring together the best of both the apple and the pear. Mouth watering acidity from the apples. And lactic acidity form the fermentation of the pears. On top of that a good whiff of freshly pressed pears. Goes well with boat rides!
